Thank you for your purchase.

Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a malfunction problem with your order, and you must notify us within 7 Business days after receiving shipment by emailing us at info@shesadity.com


All ORDERS are FINAL!
Clothing must be in the same condition as shipped by She Sadity Couture and NOT show ANY signs of being WORN or tampering! If eligible for an exchange you will be responsible for shipping and costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send us a tracking number in order for us to have a chance to keep up with the exchanged item. Review of claim may take up to 7 Business days for us to approve and process exchanged orders.

Please note for sanity reasons some items may be exempt from being returned, such as intimate clothing and hair.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

We do our best to keep our customers up to date on the status of their order. This includes, receipt of your order, shipping label printed and “drop off”/ delivery of your packets to the courier provider. Your tracking confirmation is sent via email (and/or text) as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received any communication in a timely manner regarding your order, please follow this process in order:

- call our store location
