Shipping policy

We do our best to keep our customers up to date on the status of their order. This includes, receipt of your order, shipping label printed and “drop off”/ delivery of your packets to the courier provider. Your tracking confirmation is sent via email (and/or text) as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received any communication in a timely manner regarding your order, please follow this process in order:

-check your spam folder

- email our customer service account

- call our store location

 Additionally, all orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. Once your order ships from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for delivery time. If your package is not received as the tracking notification reflects, we strongly suggest contacting your local postal office for locating your delivery. We rely on the tracking updates and confirmations from the third party delivery service; USPS.
